We're originally booked into another hotel, which was fully booked. Escape to Poland were very quick to contact me and apologise about the confusion and get our party of four booked into a new hotel. Thank god they did! Hotel Columbus was absolutely lovely, extremely clean, very comfortable beds (absolutely huge), friendly and very helpful staff, and breakfast was to a good standard (little choice but good value for money considering how cheap the hotel was.) Good central location, walking distance to the two main squares, tram stop right outside and many restaurants and bars surrounding the hotel. The hotel were also very accommodating in putting out two rooms next door to each other as we requested. And I must say the mini bar is unbelievably cheap!!

Unfortunately we had a bit of a medical emergency when we arrived in Poland and the wonderful hotel staff managed to get everything sorted for us. They were so friendly and helpful they literally saved my mum's life and rescued our holiday! Will be recommending to our friends and would love to stay with them again at some point in the future.

This was an amazingly clean and friendly hotel in a fabulous location. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant, the buffet breakfast was vast, really could not fault this hotel. Will definitely return and will recommend Escape 2 Poland and Columbus Hotel to friends and family wishing to visit Poland.
